Com Ed class encourages household green cleaning
Learn how to recognize toxic
ingredients in common household cleaning products by taking a Columbia College Community
Education class, titled “Green Cleaning for Home Cleaning Services.”
On two Saturdays, Sept. 6 and 13
from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, instructor Gretchen Sullivan will provide tips
on avoiding hazards associated with the use of commercial brands. She will also
give information on creating less toxic homemade cleaning alternatives.
The two-day class will be held as a
bilingual English/Spanish course at the college’s Calaveras Center, located at
2892 Highway 49, Suite 4 in Angels Camp.
The
fee is $30 and students must register by Sept. 2.

clicking on the Community Education link. Faxed registrations will also be
accepted by completing the Community Education form in the
